Sure, they hurt like the devil. there was one a while back that would rush at a friend of mine every time he sat down next to a certain rock. But being allergic really ups the antee. I went to a nearby stream to wash up and the moment I got down from my rented bike, I felt the sharpest pain on my right side of my foot. Felt like a thin hot iron needle gently inserted into your skin. That's how I felt. I have never been stung before and when I laid my eyes on the ground, lo and behold...a big black scorpion in defensive mode. Rushed myself to a nearby medic and was injected with antivenom just for precaution. Scary experience. After the sting, on certain nights when the moon is the shining brightly, I feel a tingling sensation..... Scorpionman?
